In the knowledge economy age, human resource has been considered as the mostimportant resource within an organization, and compensation management representsthe core content of human resource management. Establishing a scientific andreasonable compensation system, improving its incentive function as well asstrengthening the competitive advantage of talents serve as a long-term undertakingfor corporate strategy. In the last several years, Changsha High-Tech Holding GroupCorporation find that the operation of current compensation institution is not veryoptimistic. The low employee satisfaction, the ineffective incentive system togetherwith the problem of brain drain put the rural credit cooperatives at a relatively seriousdisadvantage, and thus optimization and improvement in compensation system is inurgent need.This paper is based on the current situation mentioned above. It gives asystematic description of the Changsha High-Tech Holding Group Corporation, theirdevelopment history, the current compensation system of them as well as theirperformance assessment system. By adopting research methods like document inquiry,questionnaire and interview of key information, finding that the existing problem ofcompensation system of the Changsha High-Tech Holding Group Corporation is asfollows: lack of stratege, internal inequity, unsmooth promotion and so on. On thisbasis, the paper applies the related theories of modern salary design, following fourcharacteristic principles, which are total control, steady forwarding and basicallowance. On the basis of job analysis, job evaluation and salary location, inaccordance with the present situation of the Changsha High-Tech Holding GroupCorporation, the paper provides an improved compensation system scheme forassociation at the county level, including regulation of total volume and increasingrate, salary structure of employees, the different job coefficients on different levels,compensation management on top employees.These research results provide a theoretical support and practical reference foroptimizing the Salary management system of state-run enterprise, promoting thesalary reform, advancing the staff’s working efficiency, supporting for companies todevelop strategies for landing, and strengthening the company in the competitiveness.
