Improve Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises In Hunan Financial Support Of Research

The sales of above-scale agro-processing enterprises in Hunan revenue of388billion yuan, accounting for81%of the province’s agro-industry sales. More than429state-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprise sales revenue of284.0billion yuan, accounting for60.2%of the province’s agro-industry sales. As of the end of2012in Hunan agricultural industrialization leading enterprises listed on the province reached16, the total number in the nation.The development of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization promotes the advancement of Hunan Agriculture. Financing difficulties arises, caused of both own reasons and financial system reasons. In this paper, the financial support to the development process Tangrenshen Group was used an example, Proposal some reasonable suggestions for improving Financial Support to the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Hunan.The research contents of this paper include the following six parts:The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, research significance and research. The second chapter analyzes the theory of financial support for the industrialization of agriculture. The third chapter provides an overview of the relevant circumstances about financial support, from corporate overview, the role of finance characteristics, structure and operation of financial support mechanisms. The fourth chapter is an overview of both the status of financing and sources of funds in Hunan and the development of industrialization leading enterprise. In fifth chapter, The overview of the development of Tangrenshen was made firstly. Secondly, Demand for financial support to Tangrenshen Group, the status quo of the financial support,the constraints to obtain financial support were analyzed one by one, from financial support for agriculture, corporate finance, agricultural insurance three aspects.
