Research The Cooperative Strategies On The Participants Based On Multi-Attribute Reverse Auctions

Online auction, or Internet auction, is produced on the basis of traditional auction. Online auction can be divided into the C2C, B2B and B2C.C2C and B2C are the most popular and the most widely used. However, B2B potential trading volume will be much larger than C2C mode. B2B model of procurement auction, also known as online reverse auction, is that government or business use modern information technology systems and networks, through the data message form realize paperless tendering. Network can greatly improve the efficiency of bidding procurement auction, cut bidding cost and prevent corruption. However, the present network reverse auction demand high standardization of purchasing goods or services. It limits the scope of its application in the e-procurement. Therefore, there need to study new and can satisfy the need of enterprises which have more complicated procurement auction mechanism. The emergence of multi-attribute reverse auction provide the opportunity to satisfy the business enterprise more complex procurement.The research work of the dissertation is organized as follows:Firstly, based on the assumptions, the dissertation constructs an improved MA model. The new constructed model is more consistent with the reality and has stronger explanatory power and adaptability.Secondly, on the base of the mended MA model, from the viewpoints of the bidders, the dissertation systemically analyzes and proves the bidders’ optimal bidding strategies in three auction protocol. And then, the dissertation uses an example to simulate the bidding strategies and prove the correctness of the conclusion in the article.Next, from the viewpoint of the buyer, the dissertation studies the optimal auction design problem in MA. By computing the buyer’s expected payoff, the dissertation has got the optimal design of the parameters in two protocols. And dissertation analyze economic significance of the cost parameters, the number of bidders and the marginal cost.Based on the first four chapter, the purchaser enable to choose the optimal bidding party. But only on the basis of science for quality management, we can ensure subsequent purchase products quality and establish close relations of cooperation, jointly improve quality. Therefore, this article studies bidder quality management from different angles. First dissertation make a comprehensive introduction about bidders quality management. Second dissertation research influence factors in the role of procurement in the management quality of bidders.The content of dissertation is mainly the research about the basic MA theory and the achievements obtained in the dissertation can make up and perfect the deficiencies existed in the MA theory, and the contributions provide both theoretical guide and practical application value for the practical MA auction.
