| With the definition of the uninhabited island was put forward, leading island tourism to a new tourism and research focus. The numbers of uninhabited island resources in Hainan are rich, according to the statistics that surrounding Hainan Island there are242small islands, of which237are uninhabited islands. Tourism development of Hainan uninhabited island will become an inevitable trend heat.The new tourist destinations of the uninhabited island bring pressure to the traditional tourist destinations of islands. Tourists’decision changed making uninhabited islands tourism development and management face the challenges. How to develop the uninhabited islands suitably and get higher tourism benefits, which is the main problem of the island’s tourism development and management face. Tourism development conditions should be bidirectional assessed between the tourist destination and tourists. Domestic tourism scholars often discuss tourism development from tourism resources, less research literature from the market point, so ignoring the relationship between tourism development and tourists making. In addition, not considered tourist demand that blind work-hard and unrealistic tourism development often occur in the actual development process, resulting in a waste of resources. The purpose of tourism development is to meet the needs of tourists, the results of tourists making is to meet the needs of tourists, tourists are the subject of the tourism market and the final examiner to the tourism development. Whether the purpose of tourism development can be achieved depending on the judgment of tourists’decision results, namely satisfactory decision results means the successful tourism development. Therefore, it will be a new entry point for academia to the study of tourism development from a tourist view.On the basis of the concept of tourism development and the philosophical of value concepts, the value of tourism development in this article is given, which is the benefit relationship between the developed results of tourist destination or tourism resources and tourist’demand. From the perspective of value realization, that if the developed results of a tourist destination or tourism resources have high match with tourist demand, the higher tourists’ choosing rate of the destination will be, so the greater the tourism benefits will acquire in the future, that means the greater value of tourism development will be. Because tourism benefits are difficult to measure; this paper analyzed the matching rate between the tourism developed results of one destination and tourist demand in order to judge the tourists’ choosing rate of the destination to explain the value of tourism development.The tourist decision-making factors of destinations should be focused on tourism development. Basised on Means-end chain theory and Marshall Equilibrium theory, the tourist decision-making destination-factors and indicators about Hainan uninhabited tourism island be selected by researching literatures. Then the final indicators and weights be determined through questionnaires and spss analysis; tourists’ real appraisal on indicators developed results be used to quantitative indicators; eventually seven major factor27indicators uninhabited islands Hainan tourism development value evaluation system be formed. By analyzing tourists’ real appraisal on indicators developed results which showing the tourists’ choosing rate, the purpose of the paper is to provide a reference for the develop optimization and destination prolong life.By surveying the evaluation of Fen jiezhou Island and Wu zhizhou Island development through tourists to empiric their value of tourism development, the results shows that the value of tourism development is both in level two and the value of Wu zhizhou Island is higher. The test results consistent with the actual situation, the index system is feasible and effective. Finally, Proposals is proposed to enhance the value of tourism development of the two islands. |
