A enterprise is an important ground equipment manufacturing and assembly factory of our country aerospace system.It is of great significance that promoting enterprise informatization, the digitization construction for enterprises to promote aerospace manufacturing ability.MES(Manufacturing Execution System) project of A enterprise is one of the important pilot projects to promote enterprise informatization.In this thesis, the application of the project risk management theory and management system and information system matching degree theory method of combining the research of digital workshop A enterprise MES project risk management, guarantee the smooth implementation of the project success, but also for the implementation of other enterprise informatization project reference.First of all, this thesis put forward the construction of MES project of digital workshop and other manufacturing enterprises compared with obvious particularity and complexity through combined with the production management characteristics of A enterprises, so as to determine the specific goal of the MES project risk management in order to realize the enterprise actual situation, the application of matching degree model for preliminary identification of the risk of MES project a combination of factors, system function structure and risk factors of MES project were decomposed in the basis application of work breakdown structure (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), MES project risk factors were comprehensive and systematic identification through construct the WBS-RBS coupling matrix, the last of the risk factors identified were analyzed, classified, get the risk evaluation index system of A enterprise MES project.Secondly, using the risk matrix method to determine the risk level and quantify value of the risk factors of each stage of MES project; using the Borda sequence value method to sort important degree of each risk factor, evaluate the major risks in each stage of the MES project; using analytic hierarchy process layer by layer to determine the risk weight of the MES project phase layer, criterion layer and the indicator layer,also design EXCEL computing model of the analytic hierarchy process to simply the process of calculation;using the weighted calculation method on the risk of MES project conduct a comprehensive evaluation, to reach this conclusion, namely the plan selection phase and stage of system implementation level of risk relative to other higher stage, is mainly due to the solution phase process change, demand analysis choice is not clear, at the stage of system implementation requirements change, enterprise personnel quality reasons, risk factors for these two stages should be carried out focused surveillance.Finally, according to the results of risk assessment, this thesis researches and designs organization and flow of the MES project risk management, put forward pertinence control measures for the higher level of risk factors of each stage to identify the MES project based on the actual situation of the enterprise. And introduces the implementation and application of verification of A enterprise MES project, through the adoption of effective measures of risk control and tracking.Through the research, the way of the combination of project risk management theory and the matching degree theory about the management system and information system in this thesis has certain reference significance for the implementation of aerospace manufacturing enterprise informatization project.
