In China’s economic growth under the new norm, the service industry has become anew engine of economic growth, Contradiction between people’s increasing demand forservices and the service quality level is not high, prompting service industry in ChangchunCity, the application of advanced quality management methods to guide service organizationto upgrade the level of service quality. Lean Six Sigma is a kind of new idea of qualitymanagement in the service industry, many industries have proven successful experience, itcan optimize the process, reduce waste, reduce costs, eliminate the role of variation,promotion of Lean Six Sigma in Changchun City Service Industry in the industrial structureadjustment, optimization of industrial organization Changchun City, to enhance the qualityof service level, satisfy the people’s demand for services, promote economic development inChangchun city. How to design a set of Lean Six Sigma quality management process inChangchun city service industry becomes an urgent and meaningful.This paper on the basis of literature research, theory of knowledge were summarized,combined with the current situation of the development of Changchun City service qualityThe paper points out the challenge of implementing Lean Six Sigma quality management inservice industry, analyzes the necessity of implementing Lean Six Sigma qualitymanagement in Changchun service industry, The definition of Changchun City ServiceIndustry in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma project scope, Based on the SERVQUALscale, fusion quality of service content technical indicators of quality and lean index, Theservice quality evaluation system of Lean Six Sigma quality management process inChangchun city is established, Using the Analytic hierarchy process method to determine theweight of the index, the problem of the direct implementation of Lean Six Sigma qualitymanagement in Changchun city service industry is analyzed, for the service industry inChangchun city implementation of Lean Six Sigma quality management process innovationto pave the way.. Then through the establishment of Lean Six Sigma framework, innovationprocess design of the service industry to implement lean six sigma. Finally, the paper usesthe ATM machine of commercial banks in Changchun to empirically study the core Lean SixSigma quality management innovation process framework.
