Since the twenty-first Century,the service industry has developed rapidly.Our country has paid more and more attention to the service industry,and the quality of service has been paid more and more attention by managers.As a high-end service industry,the service quality of the banking industry has a direct impact on their competitiveness and influence.With the breaking of monopoly status of state-owned commercial banks,the rise of joint-stock banks and the involvement of foreign banks in China,the competition of China’s banking industry will become more intense.Today,however,the differences in the products of different banks are not obvious.Therefore,for customers in the choice of bank service quality,it is very important that banks are non-profit business risk,which institutions can in the shortest possible time to allow customers to obtain satisfactory service,so the bank will in the competition in talent shows itself.Lean Six Sigma Theory in the last century,since the beginning of 90s is widely used in the manufacturing industry in the world,and was widely extended to other areas,the theory of customer perspective,continue to improve the core competitiveness and business performance of the enterprise,now lean six Sigma has been adopted by many commercial banks,including Citibank and HSBC.This paper is based on the current situation of the development of commercial banks,the existing problems of the present stage of our country bank system,to process bank mechanism for the prospect,introduction of Lean Six Sigma management theory,through field visits and questionnaire to study how to improve our country commercial bank service quality and work efficiency,reduce operating costs in commercial banks at the same time to improve customer satisfaction,enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks and performance theory,has theoretical significance and practical significance of the deep.
