Research For Financing Problems Of Enterprise Restructuring

With the development of economy in the global context, the reorganization ofassets is one of the important factors of corporate transformation, which is also one ofa major means to enhance the competitiveness. In the two sessions of China, in orderto increase the potential for economic development, Chinese government willaccelerate economic restructuring, Strengthen basic infrastructure construction,Innovate the scientific and technological systems, upgrade Intelligence, maintaingreen environmental protection, Promote the transformation of traditional industriesadjustment and upgrading, Insist management by layers, Defuse over-capacity ofproduction, Support enterprise merger and restructuring, Promote the development ofinvestment environment, Focus on the development of Chinese economy. While themost common or key restriction which blocks the process in reorganization of assetsis the financing problem, such as debt or rights and interests oriented funding gap,inadequacies or inefficiencies of the existing credit system and financing system,especially in the Chinese economy. Nowadays the barriers of financing such as thelack of support system for comprehensive market economy, the weak link ofeconomic communication are also the obstacles in the reorganization of assets inChina. Since the difference in the background of enterprise and the reorganizationalprograms, the form of financing should be taken with the consideration the individualdifferences of each enterprise, which also may take the other forms as a reference.Therefore, the research and summary of the methods in financing of reorganizationalenterprise is a problem in urgency.The research methods of this paper included the theory study on Economics,Statistics, Management, Financial Analysis and Investment，an empirical analysismethod was also used when analyzed the financing issues in reorganization. Thispaper aims to summarize the financing model for reorganization corporates in China and put forward some advices for financing channels.
