Research On Public Utilities Project Financing Mode And Government Regulation

Along with the rapid development of new China’s urbanization and industrialization process, the process of Public Utilities Marketization Reform in our country, especially the investment and financing system reform is carrying out like a raging fire. However, at present our country is in the urbanization construction and industrialization process in the financing subject and financing diversification, there are lack of huge funding gap, no operation mechanism of financing channels and management issues such as smooth backward. At present, the public utilities project international investment and financing has obtained rapid development and application, more and more widely in our country to sum up, there are three main ways of financing:debt financing and equity financing, project financing.
