The Study On Government Regulation For Municipal Public Utilities In The Process Of Marketization In China

Marketization is its reform inevitable direction if we must raise the municipal public utilities'efficiency and the service level. But market mechanism has many malpractices by itself, so enhancing governmental regulation is very essential. However governmental regulation effect is not ideal in the process of the municipal public utilities'marketization in China at present. For this reason, this thesis attempts to be relevant to the subject from governmental regulation in the process of the public utilities'marketization in China, and just as urban water supply industry, after we analysis some questions about the governmental regulation system in the process of the municipal public utilities'marketization, we discovers its crux to lie in lacking of the system environment and insufficient of regulation system. Drawing lessons from the foundation of theories and practice governmental regulation in the process of the public utilities'marketization in the overseas. This thesis put forward to begin with two aspects of the building good system environment and establishing governmental regulation system with sound, going on further into perfecting governmental regulation system in the process of the public utilities'marketization in our country and enhancing governmental regulation efficiency, and success in enhancing the municipal administration public utilities'operating efficiency and level in service through the Marketization.
