The talent is the most valuable resource for enterprises and institutions and the situation of the human resources determines the further development of the organizations, so the study of career stability of employees is of great significance for the development of organization. Career stability is the will or tendency which the social members in a specific career or the profession continue working. As a valuable resource, some unstable factors have been influencing flight instructors. Therefore, from the perspective of management, the knowledge of the stability of flight instructors leads to a better understanding of professional dynamic, inspiration of their enthusiasm and the stability of them from the view of management, to understand factors which impact on the career stability of flight instructors helps managers to clear the status quo flight instructor, enhance the pertinence and validity of measure which managers take, so as to achieve effective incentive, arouse the enthusiasm of the work of flight instructors, flight instructor team remained stable.This paper is to study some factors which influence flight instructors’ career stability. The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, which introduces the research background, research purpose, research contents, research the technical route and research methods. The second chapter analyses the related theory and existing research results of career stability, and constructs factors of dimension which influences flight instructor career stability combining with the characteristics of flying career. The third chapter includes the dimension of empirical research and questionnaire design. The dimension empirical research points out the most remarkable five factors influencing career stability of flight instructor, and compiles questionnaire on the basis of the previous research, then analyses the collected data in advance. The fourth chapter, which is the main part of the paper, analyses factors that influence career stability of flight instructors in detail. The fifth chapter is the conclusive and proposal part. It comes to the research conclusion and puts forward the corresponding proposals, which act as reference of decisions of management personnel of Civil Aviation Flight University of China.
