FAW (First Automobile Work shop) is a government-owned corporationwith long history. It has been experienced planned economics and marketeconomics, reformed systems to adapt the changing times. FAW developfrom simple OEM producing truck and car to the large-sized enterprise groupthat has joint venture, collective firm, autonomous enterprise multiplebusiness-format. The group has been rolling into storming transformationtime, starve for building up R&D(research and Development) system,production system, procurement system, market analysis system. CAR is thecore competence product. Car Designing&Development-Simultaneousoptimization of Process Reengineering and Organizational integration that will bethe most important base to prove the company advantage in competition.The theory are according to the FAW timeline of evolution,they are BPR(Business Process Reengineering), value chain, internal andExternal customer, Business Coaching, include Whole car developmentmode in German OEM, process system by America standard and industry4.0in future. Theory is for how to solve diversification in FAW, to buildcentralization management philosophy from reality and humanistic existentialthought. By this central, start with monolithic brand, building Group, R&Dcenter, branch company, synchronous parallel process system andframework. By this way, the company can catch not only reality profit but alsofuture development.On the basis of present situation, analysis the group, branch company,R&D center on process and framework, induce value chain, process efficacy,team work problems, Using customer theory as the beginning-point, find theresolution strategy of Car Designing&Development-Simultaneous optimizationand Process Reengineering. After the BPR risk analysis, building the three-dimensional reconstructiveprogram, and manager BPR team. Combine the four theory tomultidimensional process and organization design. Based on process, createthe logical matrix system. Performance by goal decomposition.Last, sum up the practicality of the process matrix, show the key of how toperformance BPR successfully. Emphasize that business goal must combinethe human based management. It show the driving of the revolution. Thispaper not only create a process and organization matrix system, but alsocreate a management philosophical thought.
