Research On Customer-oriented Supply Chain Quality Control And Improvement

Elevator, as one of the special equipment, the adults in the industry supply chain management started late, but as the industry chain gradually formed, how to further improve the supply chain management of elevator industry, in particular, how to correctly guide the development direction of supply chain management has become an important and widely attention important topic.As traditional manufacturing-oriented supply chain management no longer sufficed for the growing requirements of the logistics management of elevator industry, scientific guidance and management approach is becoming imperative. Therefore, managers of elevator manufacturing enterprises’ management ability must be raised to fit higher requirements.This paper, taking the elevator industry well-known enterprises, Xizi Otis elevator co., LTD., for example, on the construction and application of customer satisfaction survey model as the research object of supply chain management development to, completed the following work:1. Supply chain quality management theory and practice research, such as the quality management of the core elements of supply chain and supply chain quality management innovation model.2. Quality control and improvement research of supply chain, such as the model of supply chain quality control, quality evaluation and defect of the supply chain improvement, quality improvement of supply chain based on QMS system.3. Through qualitative analysis, questionnaire survey and data analysis, discuss the elevator manufacturing company in the customer satisfaction survey model. Based on the method analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the index system of supplier quality control and improvement, calculated the weight of related factors, realize the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of a specific vendor.4. On real cases Xizi Otis elevator co., LTD as an example, the test effect of the practical application of the model, discusses the relevant strategies. By setting different coping strategies, supply management to complete the construction of quality management of supply chain strategy.The study of this paper can improve the quality of products of elevator manufacturing enterprises create conditions and efficiency of management, in order to win more customers.
