Organizational Citizenship Behavior is one of the hot topics of research on industrial and organizational psychology. A growing number of studies show that if employers want to achieve high performance, they need not only employees to complete their own work, but also need each employee to be proactive in helping others in the organization. This organizational citizenship behavior can indirectly promote the upgrading of organizational performance, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.The present study measured the level of job insecurity, organizational citizenship behavior and self-efficacy among363employees by using questionnaire of job insecurity, organizational citizenship behavior scale and self-efficiency scale. SPSS17.0and Amos17.0were applied to analyze the data and the results follows:(1)Job loss insecurity has negative effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.(2) Pay promoted insecurity has positive effect to compulsive organizational citizenship behavior.(3) Excessive competition insecurity has positive effect to compulsive organizational citizenship behavior.(4)Self-efficacy has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between job loss insecurity and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.(5)Outcome expectancy has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between pay promoted insecurity and compulsive organizational citizenship behavior.
