Organizational citizenship pressure is a specific job demand, which refers to the pressure employees perceived when they are forced into performing organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).In the highly competitive market environment, organizations today encourage employees to engage in more extra-role behaviors than efficiently completing their job responsibilities.Although previous researches on the consequences of organizational citizenship pressure are relatively abundant;most of them neglect the influence of China's corporate culture.Besides, the research on the consequences of organizational citizenship pressure mainly focuses on the overall organizational citizenship behavior of the employees, and seldom starts from a specific kind of organizational citizenship behavior to explore its impact mechanism. This study formed a self-assessment questionnaire that can be applied to evaluate the citizenship pressure within the organization in China. It also was proved to have high validity and reliability.Base on this, the study focuses on the impact of organization citizenship pressure on the voice behavior.According to The Social Exchange Theory and The Job Demands-Resources Model theory, this study introduced self-efficacy,organizational support two variables, used SPSS tools to explore their regulatory effects, and built the dual-adjustment model of citizenship pressures. This study came up with the following results:(1)General citizenship pressurequestionnaire contains seven items(?=.857).It applys 5 point Likert scoring method, with high structural validity;(2)Citizenship pressure was negatively correlated with the voice behavior;(3)Self-efficacy has a buffer effect on the relationship between citizenship pressure and voice behavior, and high self-efficacy will weaken the negative effect of citizenship pressure on voice behavior, and the moderating effect is significant.(4)Perceived Organizational Support has a buffer effect on the relationship between citizenship pressure and voice behavior, and a strong sense of organizational support will weaken the negative effect of citizenship pressure on voice behavior. The moderating effect is significant.
