With the gradually scarcity and high prices of conventional fossil fuels, as well as human increasingly concerned about environmental issues, renewable energy for its non-pollution, short construction period, flexible investment, abundant resource etc, such features gradually get human’s attention. With the introduction of the "Renewable Energy Law", the use of renewable energy is gradually increased in China. Encouraged by the policy, the development of solar photovoltaic power generation projects growing rapidly, however, due to the impact of a variety of uncertainties, at this stage, there are still a variety of risk factors for policy risk, economic risk, technology risk, if we do not promptly carry our control and prevention, it will play a restrictive role.on the healthy development of solar photovoltaic projects, so building a set of solar PV project risk management system suitable for China’s conditions is very important.It is in this context of this thesis to start research work. At present, in China, research in renewable energy project risk management has made certain achievements, mainly to improve evaluation methods research. This thesis combine with the current theory of project investment risk management and the characteristics of solar photovoltaic power generation projects in the phase of investment stage, introduce methods of solar photovoltaic project risk management, approach to solar power generation project risk identification and the establishment of a list of risk factors, raise a method based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for solar power project risk analysis, establish the correlation structure model, build the solar power project investment risk evaluation system, and thus combines a solar photovoltaic project investment risk evaluation line applied research, present findings based on risk control and prevention programs of solar power projects. The main point of the author are the followings:(1) identify the risk of solar photovoltaic power generation project and establish a list of risk factors;(2) combine the characteristics of solar photovoltaic power generation project to build a solar power project investment risk assessment model by using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;(3) combine practical work with a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for solar power project risk by the author’s proposed into applications.In recent years, a great contribution in the solar power industry energy conservation, ecological civilization construction has been widely recognized as the country has been promoting the development of strategic emerging industries, through the study of this article on solar photovoltaic project risk management and combined actual cases to be applied, can provide support and reference for investment risk management decision-making stage of this emerging industry and renewable energy generation projects.
