It is hard to comprehensively and effectively control the projects of the entire industry chain by employing the previous project management methods and experience, so the project portfolio management methods appropriate for the development of industry are urgently needed by the enterprises.This thesis, based on the Correlation Analysis of the Solar PV industry chain project and the integrative analysis of the industry chain of the representative enterprises, by adopting the theories of the project portfolio management and system analysis studies and explores the PV industry portfolio management methods of 3E enterprise. Through the identification, classification and selection of the project portfolio, the analysis of local model of the polysilicon project, and the investment gains analysis of the project portfolio management, this thesis determines the prior project of the enterprise and establish the panorama of the chain projects.During the process of studying the solar photovoltaic project portfolio management of 3E enterprise, this thesis adopts such auxiliary measures as the process management, budget management, fixed asset investment management and bidding management, etc., and dynamically tracks and assesses the implementation of the project to ensure the investment income and maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise, thus realizing the prediction and effective monitoring of the project management.
