A Research Of The Shenhua Coal Chemical Project Supplier Management

Coal chemical projects with technology-intensive and capital-intensive features, and often pulling strategic projects of the local economy, you need to attach great importance to internal and external management. A good relationship between the structure and layout of suppliers for lower costs, ensure quality, improve production efficiency is important. Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Company is one of the coal chemical industry leader, a certain effort and exploration in this area, has made some progress, this paper, analysis, combining theories and methods of supplier management, select Shenhua Coal oil companies as a specific case study object.The main work done in this paper includes:(1) analysis of coal chemical supplier management features, on this basis, a general description of the Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Company’s supplier management system construction, and gives the analysis and evaluation;(2) the importance of supplier evaluation in coal chemical projects for supplier management, this paper presents the evaluation of suppliers should be combined with the cooperation of suppliers in product performance and importance of two aspects of the supply, as accurate quantification analysis supplier situation, reduce human misjudgment or intervention. This paper introduces the fuzzy ART algorithm, Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Company supplier evaluation;(3)for the different evaluation results suppliers, we propose targeted different management strategies, as Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Company Supplier Management System perfect proposal.
