| Sustainable economic and social development is the main theme of the times. Adhering to economic development and environmental protection are recognized as China’s basic policy. At present, ecological economy has affected the global ecological economic development. China is a developing country which is still in the primary stage of socialism. Our country has vast rural areas and big population proportion. As a country with a large population and a large agriculture, rural areas and farmers are in an extremely important strategic position in the modernization. The task of developing new eco-rural is imminent. Therefore, from the long-term development, we must pay more special attention to the rural ecological construction and study the development strategy of new rural ecological construction to make a greater contribution to the world. Ecological construction of new countryside is a long-term construction project. In order to achieve sustainable development of society, ecology and economic in the new rural construction finally, we should develop ecological and environmental protection which will help improve the efficiency of resource use and environmental quality. This paper includes exam the overall goal of new rural ecology, the main content of the construction and case analyzes of civilized eco-village mainly from the two aspects which is cycle economics and ecological economics, introducing topics purpose and research significance both from the theoretical and practical, a brief overview of the research progress and practice profile at home and abroad, and discussing relevant content and national security systems, such as the ecological construction of new countryside. Finally, we will take Changning County in Yibin city for example to raise development strategy proposals of constructing new ecological country from seven aspects as developing ecological agriculture, ecological industry and eco-tourism, building ecological and inhabited village, constructing new rural ecological environment and culture and creating eco-towns through access to relevant information such as field research, collate and analyze survey results. Finally, we draw some conclusions to provide references and suggestions for further research. |
