Study On The Circular Economy For Dependent Counties

"Counties to,the world well".County economy is the foundation of national economic system of administrative area economy,and the fundamental carrier to build an overall well-off society.The population is 320000 in Yicheng county.The county has rich natural resources,strategic location,convenient transportation conditions.In order to develop county economy better,the thesis promoted some measures from the angle of developing circular economy.Firstly, the thesis elaborates the research background and meanings of developing circular economy for a county.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of circular economy,including the emergence and concepts,four basic developing models,the characteristics and principles the differences to traditional economy.Thirdly,the thesis elaborated some experiences of developing circular economy in foreign cities,and got some enlightenments from these.Because of the developing situation and problems,the system that is beneficial to circular economy should be set up. And it can make government,enterprises and public join the development of circular economy.The ways of developing circular economy in Yicheng county are:carrying out internal circulation in enterprises of Shouwang,carrying out internal circulation in iron industry region,carrying out regional circulation between Yicheng county and nearby counties,promoting the developing of vein industry.In order to develop circular economy in Yicheng,the safeguard measures should be established except basic ways.Firstly,change idea;The secondly,consummate related laws and regulations;Thirdly, establish corresponding incentive mechanism;Tourthly, set up technical support system;Tifthly, choose industry that is unconcerned with the resource.Sixth promote the propaganda education,and enhance enterprise responsibility and environmental consciousness of the public.The above ways and measures will help Yicheng county promote the development of recycle economy.If the circular economy has been carried out in Yicheng county,the relationship inecological environment,social effect,economic development and people's life will be more harmony.
