On present time of railway industry quickly development, when FieldCorporation hoped to take a place in fierce market, both the development of itsoverall management level and high-level production site management are important.Now, Changchun Bombardier Railway Company (short for CBRC on this paper)has following problems on site management: firstly, managing employees take theunbalanced work assignment, someone may bear too much workload, and hisemotion status has seriously influenced. Managing posts are not reasonable andsuitable. Secondly, semi-completed products have too much stocked, which causedsite jammed; Thirdly, operator fluidity is high, there is a big gap of skilled workers onfront-line; Fourthly, standardized site management procedure is lacking, productionmethod management lacks standardized module, process design needed to enhance;Fifthly, site quality level needed to improving, quite a lot workers have a little qualityawareness. Sixthly, the low implementation status on site managing regulations, plusthe high-frequency of worker fluid, the simplified training process, and the generalstudy content.On this paper, CBRC’s present site issues shall be analyzed; meanwhile, adeveloped site management scheme shall be put forward, which mainly focuses onfollowing aspects: design of site organization, including both CBRC organizationstructure and site-managing employee’s responsibility; visual management scheme ofsite management, including both5S process and its assessment methods; standardizedproduction process design, covering method documentation compiling, jigs andfixtures management and production line management; site quality control measures,like strengthened inspection and quality assessment on punishment and reward.In order to implement this developed site management scheme in CBRCproduction site, a implementing plan shall be designed, then the related organizationchanges and the policies also need to strengthening. All those shall be made to realize the final aim of improving working efficiency and enhance products quality,meanwhile a better production procedure, a standardized site layout, a competitiveteam composition shall be built, and the corporation reputation shall be improvingaccordingly.
