As one of the largest automotive joint venture, FAW-Volkswagen pace ofdevelopment is moving steadily to the annual output of2million, while the Audibrand products in the domestic luxury car market share has been far ahead of thecompetition, occupy the domestic luxury car market leader position, but the face ofrecent years, annual increase of up to10%of the development trend of the urgentneed to break the existing management methods and updating, especially in thesupply chain for procurement of parts and components in terms of planning andmanagement of late, but the whole enterprise car delivery and cost control exists isimportant.Based on the FAW-Purchasing Management status and workflow lateVolkswagen Audi brand parts of the presentation, analysis of the currentmanagement system, material requirements planning methods and domestic logisticsservice providers manage these three issues raised in the new under the frameworkof the company’s strategic framework and future development goals, the Audi brandauto parts procurement management must post parts supplier to a number of factorsto sort out from the source, to re-build a more professional management team to helpbusinesses improve work efficiency; face complex on special orders broughtdifferentiated parts line demand and the increasingly fierce market share battle, tocompletely change the way existing material requirements planning, considerordering from the vehicle turning a single piece orders model orders, and change thematerial requirements calculation principle, in order to obtain more timely andaccurate parts daily demand programs; domestic suppliers in logistics supply management, logistics should focus outside the factory ready to link supply andproduction capacity, from a parts factory oriented planning and management of theentire process line, and then guide suppliers to improve responsiveness andefficiency in the delivery of parts quality, quantity, time, to ensure stable productionand reduce associated costs, costs.I hope that through this research, looking into the FAW-Volkswagen Audi partsprocurement late reasonable measures to resolve the problem and objectives, to helpcompanies improve operational capability, reduce operational costs and increaseflexibility to respond to market demand for automotive purposes, and to improveeconomic efficiency of enterprises and market competitiveness.
