Vanke Lanshan Building Construction Enterprise Project Cost Control Research

Project cost is construction enterprises directly important link, but because of thevarious factors, enterprise and project management to project cost control isunsatisfactory, in engineering construction project management material will appearchaotic, the related labor settlement problem and project cost data collection is nottimely and reflect the real situation. Therefore the construction of engineering projectcost control and management is to ensure project quality and time limit for a projectof some objective conditions, for use in engineering related expenses, through plan,organization and control of some of the activities of the predetermined cost goal, forthe above mentioned problems can produce as much as possible to reduce amanagement means.Three aspects of the content is not the same, which cost forming process as theobject is included: project bidding, construction phase of the preparation, constructionstage, well completion and warranty cost control; project to functional departmentsand related construction personnel as the object includes: the project department, theconstruction team the team, as cost control object, the project manager and thesuperior departments to know and supervision to accept, for their own responsibilityand self-control; as part of project as the object contains: a section of the wholeproject, a number of structures. In this paper, the author mainly on the constructionproject cost control problem is studied, based on the construction project cost controlobject and content, and then on the construction project cost control analysis ofexisting problems, finally to strengthen the cost control of the construction project ofa personal opinion.
