Research On Construction Cost Control Of The YN Telecommunication Engineering Project

With the development of Internet and Internet of Things,the scale and construction speed of communication network and communication engineering projects are also increasing.At the same time,with the reform of communication market and the promotion of marketization,revenue and profit are declining continuously.Therefore,in the construction of communication engineering projects,cost control is of great significance to enterprises.It is necessary to strengthen construction cost control to enhance profitability and make enterprises more competitive.In this paper,the following parts are analyzed:Firstly,by using the method of literature research and consulting a large number of documents,this paper summarizes and analyses the characteristics of communication engineering projects in China,as well as the key points and development of cost control,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Combining with the cost control status of YN project of E company,the content and method of this paper are put forward.Secondly,the case is analyzed,the YN project of E company is investigated,and the process and current situation of cost control in YN project are summarized.Combining with cost control theory,earned value method is used to analyze the deviation of project schedule and cost,and the causes and key points of cost control out of control are found.Then,aiming at the problems,we rectify and improve the cost control:strengthen process monitoring and process optimization,strengthen quality control,supplemented by the improvement of project management and cost control tools.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to evaluate and feedback the effect before and after cost control rectification.Then,aiming at the problems,the cost control is corrected and improved:process monitoring and process optimization are strengthened,cost control and construction tools are improved,and quality control is strengthened.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to evaluate and feedback the effect before and after cost control rectification.Through the analysis of this paper,it is very important to standardize and implement the cost control process in the construction of communication engineering projects.The implementation of the cost plan should be tracked,checked and analyzed in time to find out the deviation between cost and schedule and take effective corrective measures in time.New technologies and tools,such as cloud platform and big data,help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cost control.At the same time,enterprises should strengthen quality control to control construction costs.This paper combines theory with practical cases and puts forward solutions to the cost control problems faced by telecommunication engineering construction enterprises,which can provide some valuable references for improving the management level and profitability of enterprises.
