Comprehensive Evaluation Study On The Coordinate Development Of Industrialization, Informatization, Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization

At present, China is in a critical period of deepening reform, the eighteenth reportproposed to achieve improving the socialist market economic system and transform the waysof economic development, so it is necessary to adhere to the coordinate development roads ofChinese characteristics of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agriculturalmodernization(the following called "four modernizations"), and promote deep integration ofinformatization and industrialization, positive interaction of urbanization and industrialization,coordinate development of urbanization and agricultural modernization, and the "fourmodernizations" is in parallel. The recent "national new urbanization plan (2014-2020)" alsodrafts relevant incentive policies. So the "four modernizations" has been the inherentrequirement of the coordinate development of the reform, it is required the theoretical researchguidance.Through literature research and sorting out the relational concepts of the "fourmodernizations" and theoretical research, the paper uses qualitative analysis method,constructs the coordinate development of comprehensive evaluation index system of the "fourmodernizations", then selects Jiangsu Province as the research object, uses the secondaryscreening to determine the final evaluation index system with the2007-2012relevant data ofJiangsu Province. On this basis, takes the entropy method to determine the index weights, usescoupling coordination degree model to analysis the coordinate development level of the "fourmodernizations" on Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, laterally compares the2012coordinatedevelopment level of Jiangsu Province with the other20provinces. According to the conclusion of comprehensive evaluation analysis, the paper summarizesthat integration of industrialization and informatization in Jiangsu Province is low, thedevelopment of urbanization and modernization is slow, the agriculture modernization islagged; and the ability of resisting risks of the "four modernizations" is poor. According to theabove, the paper advises to exert the dominant position of information; make overall plans ofthe development of urban and rural; promote the coordinate development of urbanization andagricultural modernization; and improve the emergency mechanism. The conclusins of thepaper provides reference to the coordinate development of "four modernizations" of JiangsuProvince and the country.
