Research On Coordinative Development Evaluation And Policy Of Agricultural Modernization, Industrialization,Urbanization And Informatization In Hubei Provence

Regional coordinated development of Agricultural modernization, industrialization, urbanization and informatization is a major strategic according to the overall situation of China’s economic and social development which is in line with the objective laws of modernization and China’s basic national conditions. Promoting the "new four modernizations" synchronized development is the basic way to modernize our country. In this paper, the research object is the coordinated development of the four modernizations, Around the development level of the four modernizations, four modernizations index system, the four modernizations coordinated development degree and four modernizations driving force and the coordinated development and coordination of the development of the four modernizations factor correlation, we sum up the facing problems from Regional coordinated development, and propose policy recommendations of the coordinated development of the four modernizations to promote the four modernizations synchronous coordination for regional development decision-making.This article consists of five parts. The first chapter is about the research background and issues raised, as well as purpose, meaning of this study, and with a focus on collating and summarizing the domestic and international research literature. The second chapter is to describe sets up the four modernizations evaluation index system, measure and compare the level of development of regional agricultural modernization, industrialization level, urbanization level and the informatization, and then the third chapter establishes the quantitative evaluation model and measure the comprehensive development level and choose gray theory to construct four modernizations driving force model and the associated pair analysis model, summarize the impact of the coordinated development of the four modernizations driving factors and limiting factors. The forth chapter makes a sample analysis according to all the models.Chapter five is a summary of the four modernizations coordinated development of regional problems and propose the corresponding policy measures. Chapter six a summary of the full text summarizes the problems and shortcomings, and the latter study was discussed.The research results and innovations mainly in the following three aspects:(1) The development level proposed four modernizations and coordinated development evaluation index system;(2) Build a driving force of the four modernizations coordinated development model;(3) Build correlation analysis model of the four modernizations coordinated development correlation analysis model.
