Research On The Planning Of Zhoucun Village For Rural Tourism Development

In recent years, with the change of people’s consumption concept, tourism structure hassignificant changes: Ever top of the line tour dwindling, while the short-term travel and tourismaround the city are in the exponentially growing. At present, the suburbs of the cities in ourcountry, especially in suburban "rural tourism" in the period of rapid growth. At the same time,the vigorous development of the new countryside construction, rural tourism is becoming thefocus of people`s attention. But our country rural tourism development is still in its infancy,inadequate understanding, resulting in rural planning with the rural tourism resources has notbeen more scientific planning, rural tourism has not been fully utilized and even destroyed, givesa series of thinkings about rural planning and the rural tourism.This thesis bases on Zhoucun village as the research object, trying to explore the suitablelocal tourism development model and planning strategy with its own characteristics, alsoprovide reference in the development of suburban rural tourism and new rural planning.First of all， analyzes the status of Zhoucun village from the tourism developmentenvironment and tourism resources. Analyzes the problems of zhoucun village in tourismdevelopment, and policy recommendations for the development of tourism against theseproblems. And then, expound the master planning of zhoucun village from the macro level.Clarifies strategies of Zhoucun village of tourism development, spatial layout,elaboratesdevelopment of industry, features continuation, allocation of public facilities. Finally under theguidance of zhoucun master planning, from the medium and micro level, this thesis elaboratesthe two key village planning of Zhoucun village， Shengjia village and Shiao village. Analyzesthe present situation of villages, puts forward the village planning objectives and positioningbased on the present situation.
