The Research On The Development Of Village Tourism Under The New Countryside Construction Background

The15th session of the16th central committee of the party first put forward thatbuilding new socialist countryside in accordance of the requirements of “goodproduction, affluent life, custom civilization, clean and tidy villages and democraticmanagement”. The construction of new socialist countryside is a popular sentimentproject about solving the three rural problems and prompting the development of“agriculture, village and farmers”. The implementation of new socialist countrysidecould provide new opportunities and development power for the village tourism.Ruraltourism become an important way to promote new rural construction and solve thethree agricultural problems because of the significant role in increasing the thefarmers’ income, adjusting the industrial structure and improving the countrysideappearance. Under the background of new rural construction, village tourism hasextremely broad space for further growth in the future.This study about village tourism from the angle of the new village constructioncan not only enrich the related theoretical results, but also provide new ideas andsuggestions for the development of rural tourism through empirical studies to ensurethe sustainable development of rural tourism and promote the construction of newsocialist countryside. This paper based on the theory of sustainable development andgovernance and combined with the rural tourism and new rural construction theorythoroughly analyzes the strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats of rural tourismof Xin’an County Henan Province. Then combines the current situation of ruraltourism and the situation of new rural construction of Xin’an County Henan provinceto summarize the existing problems through the case analysis and put forwardsuggestions and countermeasures.Through the research, the author thinks that the development of rural tourismcan greatly promote the construction of new socialist countryside in the aspects ofincreasing the income of farmers, regulating rural industrial structure and protectingthe traditional rural culture and ecological environment. In the development of newrural construction, we should take the village tourism as a kind of important means,put it in place, and combine the two to form benign interactions in order to achievecommon development. The problems of Xin’an County Henan Province in thedevelopment of rural tourism in recent years also represents the problems our country faced to a certain extent. Only emphasize the dominant position of farmers on thebasis of government led, fully pay attention to multi-level work such as brand,features, services, capital and environmental protection in order to ensure thesustainable development of rural tourism and the further construction of newcountryside.
