The "Twelve-Five" period is a crucial stage of building a moderately prosperoussociety in China, is a offensive period of deeping the reform and opening up andspeeding up the transformation of economic development mode.Global softwaretechnology and industry patterns breeds a new round of fundamental changes,bringinnovative breakthroughs,application deep for China’s software services, integratedstrategic opportunities.Software industry relates to the economy and socialdevelopment, with technology updates fast, high value-added space, occupy lessresources, human resources, such as access to adequate outstanding features, on theeconomic and social development has an important role in supporting and leading.Development and upgrade the software outsourcing industry, to promote deepintegration of information and services, cultivating and developing strategic emergingindustries, to build an innovation-oriented country, to speed up the transformation ofthe mode of economic development and adjust the industrial structure, improve theinternational competitiveness is of great significance.This article introduces porter’s "diamond model" to software outsourcing business,according to the diamond model of six factors on the influence factors of softwareoutsourcing industry competitiveness are analyzed in theory. Then eliminate theinfluence of the instability of opportunity, on behalf of the five factors choose sixeffective indicators. Using the spss19.0statistical software has carried on thedescriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regressionanalysis, the research hypothesis are verified. Finally, based on this and put forwardsome countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of China’s softwareoutsourcing industry.
