Research On Logistics Enterprises’ Core Competence Evaluation Index System

Logistics industry is not only the foundation of the national economic, but also the arteryof the national economy. In the process of promoting the development of market economy itplays an important role. With the rapid development of economy, the environment faced bythe logistics industry and the supply and demand of logistics service both have great changes.All aspects of logistics enterprise’s core competence needs constant innovation, in order toadapt the subject put forward by the era and industry. Therefore, this article will from the newenvironment and the new changes of logistics enterprises to analysis the driving factors of thecore competitiveness of logistics enterprises and to build the evaluation index system. Hopethat this research can play the role of the topic and provide the basis for follow-up study.First of all, this study based on the existing research results at home and abroad scholars,combs enterprise core competitiveness theory and the appraisal model of logistics enterprisescore competitiveness. In-depth investigate and study the present situation of Chinese logisticsenterprises core competitiveness, interpreted the basic functions of logistics enterprises andvalue-added service function, and reveals the four dynamic reasons of logistics enterprisescore competitiveness, including resource agent, agent management, marketing agent andservice agent, to seek to build an index system that can be used as a logistics enterprise’s corecompetitiveness evaluation. On this basis, this paper analyzes in the shipping logisticsenterprise and has carried on the empirical research, to build the logistics enterprises corecompetitiveness evaluation index as a guide, combined with the characteristics of shippinglogistics enterprises. Choose specific evaluation indicators and analyzed by grey relationanalysis method, the selection of sample enterprises and industry benchmark contrast research.On this basis, this paper established the logistics enterprises core competitiveness evaluationindex system for reference, combining the result of empirical study, and cultivate the corecompetitiveness of logistics enterprises put forward constructive countermeasures, hope toprovide directional guidance for its future development.
