So the managers of enterprise should consider not only the short-term interests of enterprises but also the long-term stability and development of enterprises. Especially facing the globalize of economic, enterprises of China are faced with great increasingly competitive environment and pressure, how to undertake challenge and seize opportunities for the continual fast and health development are severe tasks in face of our enterprises. The study on the theory of core competence provides us a explicit guiding direction for strengthening enterprises'own qualities, building up themselves'the whole competitive strength and obtaining the long-term competitive advantages in severe market competition. So, the study of fostering and enhancing the enterprises'core competence is stared us in the face.
