Door industry, though started earlier, but its market development is not mature, in marketing is there are a lot of problems. Anhui Shang Bai Wood Co., Ltd. as a new development of the wooden door manufacturing enterprise, in marketing terms bold reform has gained some valuable experience, but also has many problems, the next step will be how to improve enterprise development is a big problem in enterprises. Therefore, this study selected the marketing strategy of Anhui Shang Bai Wood Co., Ltd as the research object, to explore the wooden industry marketing improvement strategy, to guide the development of enterprises in order to better.This thesis mainly uses qualitative research method case analysis angle method and system, according to the comprehensive analysis of Shang Bai wood company external marketing environment and market demand, the diagnosis on the marketing status of Shang Bai wood company, find out the factors of success and failure, and gives the improvement scheme and implementation of security strategy.The full text is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is introduction, introduces the research significance, the domestic research status marketing industry.
