Study Of Tracing System For Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products

In recent years, there are more and more problems of food quality and safetyemerging in our country. The agricultural production developed disorderly. Country,society and people are concerned about the safety of agricultural product. agriculturalconsumers also increasingly concerned about the food safety. In that situation, theconstruction of safety traceability system of agricultural product has an important roleto ensure food quality.This study focused on the following three points:(1) bamboo shoots areimportant income source of mountain farmers in Zhejiang. Most of the mountains insouthern Zhejiang are low-yielding bamboo forest. The aim in present study are totransform the low-yield forest to dual using bamboo forest at the annual standardizeproduction practice.(2) manufacturing practices of good agricultural operations (GAP)and hazard analysis critical point (HACCP) are applied to guidance safety productionand technical of planting, production and processing, GAP were used in the processesof base address selection, planting and breeding, the annual cycle managementtechniques, pest and diseases prevention and control techniques, digging and cuttingbamboo shoots production. HACCP were used in the processes of woodland facilityselection, field management (pre-production of other preparations, bambooproduction measures, soil management, fertilizer application, irrigation and drainage,pest and diseases control), harvesting, raw material inspection, cleaning, peeling,sorting, cutting, drying, inspection, sub-file packaging, labeling, storage andtransportation procedure. The associated physical, chemical and biological hazardspoint were established.(3) Finally, networking technology, information technologyand label technology were used to establish framework of quality and safetytraceability system of dried bamboo shoot, and then providing technical support forthe quality and safety of bamboo shoots.
