Cold-chain logistics is composed by multiple segments, from food rawmaterials cultivation and procurement, processing, circulation and distribution, to retail andconsumption; it is a complicated system engineering to ensure that each link in low temperature,quality and safety problems of cold chain logistics is the core. Cold chain of food not only forpreservation, but also special attention to the security aspect, once appear quality securityproblem, it will endanger people’s health, Due to its particularity, the demand of each link in coldfresh food is very high. China is at this period which the risk of the food safety and thecontradiction is highlighted at present. The special rectification of the food safety is a quitearduous task. Contrast to the past, food security situation of China has been significantlyimproved, but the situation is still not optimistic. With the frequently emerge of food safetyaccident; it is imminently to Promote the construction of traceability systems in the national wide.We analysis the problem from the current state of agriculture development,based on modernnetwork information systems, and constructs the cold chain logistics tracing system that coveringthe whole process including agricultural production, transportation and selling, to set up safemechanism which bring about agricultural cold-chain logistics source can be tracking traceability,flow, information can be stored, product can recall. But the speed of its construction is too slowlyto implement in the national. There are some behaviors of the relevant government andenterprise about the rapidly extend of traceability systems, this thesis analyses these behaviorsfrom the perspective of the game theory, and gives some feasible advices in the rapidly boost ofthe traceability systems.This thesis is divided into six chapters:In the first chapter, we firstly introduce the backgrounds, the meanings and the mainresearch results of this dissertation. And then we introduce the main contribution of this thesis.In the second chapter, we Review the practice of the Safety traceability about theagricultural productions; analyze the related conditions of technology, policy and other aspectsabout the construction of comprehensive tracing system in China. Through the comparativeanalysis of trace practice abroad, we can find the type of the cold chain logistics tracing systemto suit the current situation of China. In the third chapter, We Introduce the design ideas of the tracing system’s construction in our country, the Composition of the cold chain logistic tracingsystem of agricultural products and the operation process of the cold chain logistic tracingsystem of agricultural products.In the forth chapter, Tracing system based on the problems in the current tracing systemsituation, constructing game analysis model to analysis the related factors which can influencethe system.In the fifth chapter, we discuss the result of the game analysis, combination with the presentsituation of the tracing system; give the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.In the sixth chapter, a summary of the research results is given.
