The Research Of Risk In X State-owned Electronic Materials Company Transformation Project

In the ever-changing global economic context, state-owned enterprises need to face stronger international competition and the challenges. Our response is to seize the opportunities through growing and developing. The further strategic restructuring of state-owned enterprises is the only way. New strategic information technology industry is an important direction of the strategic transformation of state-owned enterprises. We can enhance market competitiveness by IT industry. However, the field of strategic emerging industries is high risk, which contains so many uncertainties. To be successful strategic transformation of enterprises, we must use the theoretical knowledge of modern risk management, and reducing the maximum degree of risk.How to identify and deal with a variety of strategic transformation risks of state-owned enterprises are the major issues. I am fortunate in X Electronic Materials Company to join the project transformation from CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) to the new information technology materials for FPD (Flat Panel Display). By using the project management and risk management knowledge, I research how to deal with strategic transformation. The main work is the following:1. The theory of state-owned electronic materials business strategy provides a brief overview of the transition, and build a theoretical framework for the strategic transformation of risk analysis.2. Through the Delphi Expert Survey, the weighted average method and the median method, a variety of mathematical modeling techniques, I analysis risk factors by the theoretical framework for the strategic transformation of risk analysis. And confirm the most five important factors.3. By the DEMATEL method, I built a mathematical model to analysis the degree of influence between the important risk factors, and propose specific response. It’s very important to analysis of the risk situation of the new information technologies, materials projects. It’s significant meaning to the strategy transformation of state-owned enterprises.Through the strategic transformation risk research of X company, to get more experience for the risk of state-owned enterprises, to provide a reference for the emerging strategic industries research, development and transformation of state-owned enterprises in the emerging information and electronic materials industry.
