Under the situation of global economic integration and domestic economy entering a new normal,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.Only through strategic transformation can they find new profit growth points to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.T Company is a state-owned enterprise group in Liaoning Province.It is responsible for ensuring the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.Under the background of sluggish economy in the whole province,it has reached a critical period of strategic transformation.However,strategic transformation is a complex system engineering,which implies many huge risks.In order to ensure the smooth progress of strategic transformation,enterprises must use the relevant knowledge of modern risk management to effectively identify and control risks and minimize the losses caused by strategic transformation.This paper takes T Company as the research object.Firstly,it gives a brief overview of the development strategy,strategic transformation,change management and other related issues,and builds up the basic theoretical framework of enterprise strategic transformation.Secondly,it describes the background,operation situation,strategic target orientation,the reasons for strategic transformation,the mode of strategic transformation and the transformation of T Company.Thirdly,12 risk factors are preliminarily screened and analyzed from the three dimensions of external environment,internal resources and capabilities,and organizational structure by means of questionnaire survey,and the risk index system of T company's strategic transformation project is established by means of Delphi method.In order to further determine the key risk points,the expert opinion method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the risk factors.It is concluded that the key risk points of T company's strategic transformation project are the risk of human resource allocation,the risk of concept transformation ability,the risk of implementation ability and the risk of insufficient core competence.Finally,risk prevention and control measures are put forward from four aspects:improving and innovating system construction,strengthening staff education and training,increasing investment in science and technology,and promoting enterprise organizational change.It is hoped that the above research results can be used for reference to improve the risk identification and control ability of large state-owned enterprise groups in the process of strategic transformation.
