Cosmetic Industry belongs to the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Products have the characteristic of intensive production, high quality requirements, and short turnover cycle time. Any loss or defects mean money and customer loyalty losing, good quality system and production management method are very important to normal operation and long-term development. All kinds of quality management methods and production operating concept were introduced into the enterprise, Six Sigma management is the hottest of them.Six Sigma concept was evolved from total quality management methods,&comes from the world’s best practices of make excellence. After the development of best practice in MOTOROLA, GE, and other world top500multinational companies, it became no longer a quality management method, but also concepts of make excellence. The application of Six Sigma became the world’s pursuit. Although it has shown good result in electronics and automobile industry, it is only begin in cosmetics industry.&there are many problems of lack of experience, acclimatized, and low effort.In this article, by studying six sigma management,&combining with the characteristics of the cosmetics industry and practical problems of C enterprise, referring to the domestic and international production management theory and practice, Author got the innovative idea of lean production, zero defect combine with Six Sigma management for deployment, and practice in C enterprise to solve the practical problem. And shown it is effective. It provides a certain reference and guidance for cosmetic industry and even other manufacturing industry for Six Sigma deployment.
