On The Optimization Of Working Hours By Lean Six Sigma

In recent years,with the change of internal and external environment,The advantages of China's manufacturing industry has been gone.In order to reverse the status,more and more manufacturing enterprise actively explore Lean Six Sigma to optimize production to improve the competitiveness,and has achieved some results.But the study of Lean Six Sigma in the mobile phone manufacturing industry,it is still a great research value on how to combine the theory of Lean Six Sigma with the practical operation of China's mobile phone manufacturing industry.This paper introduces the improvement tool of Lean Six Sigma(DMAIC)based on the theory of Lean Production,Six Sigma,Lean Six Sigma and other theories at home and abroad.By applying the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement tool in the improvement practice,this paper mainly studies the method of how to reduce the cycle time of I8190 products produced by Company A.In the D stage,Pareto diagram,VOC / VOB and SIPOC model and other tools are adopted to identify key quality characteristics and establish the scope and objectives of the project;In the M stage,measurement system analysis,process capability analysis,causal and other tools are employed to confirm the stability and reliability of the system.In the A stage,it is analysis from five aspects: Man,Machine,Material,Method and Environment.To analyze deeper,on-scene observation,CE matrix,fish bone diagram and man-machine are used in this stage.In the I stage,ECRS tools are carried out to bring about the countermeasures based on the actual production of the current situation.In the C Stage,scientific evaluation is required to examine the whole effects and finally establish a standardized control mechanism.In this paper,the above-mentioned methods and tools are applied to deal with the issue of high assembly time of Company A.The entire project has the feature of strong operability for other companies to simulate and it can represent the typical example of applying the theory to practice.Therefore,for those small and medium-sized manufacturing companies who adopt Lean Six Sigma,the study would be of great value to use as a reference.
