Study On Creativity Management Of The Member From The Engineering Design Team

China is a large country in the world in the field of non-ferrous metal industry. But it’s not a strong country, especially in technological innovation. With the rapid development of the economy and deeply opening to the outside, the problems of weak ability of own creativity, lack of key technology and core competitiveness of Chinese non-ferrous engineering design team are constantly exposed. Practice proved, creativity is the core competence of the non-ferrous engineering design team.This thesis derives from the existing theory study of the creativity inside and outside of China. Meanwhile, combined with the actual problems, we adopt literature research, interviews, questionnaire methods and positive analysis to study the effect elements of the creativity of the non-ferrous engineering designer. This thesis is divided into three major parts:research background and theory, positive research, conclusion and prospect. In the part of the research background and theory, this thesis firstly has explained the importance of the creativity to the non-ferrous engineering design team and the existing problems of the design team. Then, through the general overview of the domestic and international scholars’points to the creativity and its effect elements, integrated the current statutes of creativity of Chinese leading enterprise-EF engineering company, we construct the research model and theoretical assumption.In the part of positive research, we take40design teams of EF Company as for the study object. Among them201samples are effectively. We put the external knowledge coupling, the internal motivation and tacit knowledge into a whole frame to analyze the interaction mechanism and relationship with the creativity. And we testify the structure model of the creativity effect elements to the non-ferrous engineering design team. In the conclusion, this thesis definitely concludes:the external knowledge coupling and internal motivation as the antecedents, by the intermediation of the tacit knowledge, make the important effects to the creativity in non-ferrous engineering design team. According of this conclusion, we make some effective suggestions on how to improve the creativity to the non-ferrous engineering design team. Finally, we analyze the shortcoming of this thesis and the future prospects of the research.The conclusion of this thesis does not only have the theoretical significance in the field of knowledge management, tacit knowledge transformation and creativity development, but also has the practical significance in the field of engineering to improve the designer’s creativity and performance efficiency, and to obtain better economic benefit and strength the enterprise core competitiveness making full use of existing knowledge resources.
