As the technology of information and network are developing rapidly, theindustrial structure and the corporate business model are undergoing tremendouschanges; the stock and level of the intellectual capitals are affecting the developmentand success of the enterprise increasingly. However nowadays, academics haven’tfigure out the transformation mechanism factors of tacit knowledge that has muchmore influence on teams and individuals, while explicit knowledge has been studiedsufficiently. Therefore it’s important to know the factors and mechanism. We foundmotivation and interactive mode have significantly influence on the transformation oftacit knowledge. Interactive motivation is separated into two parts: expressivemotivation that based on emotion and instrumental motivation that based on resources.Interactive mode is also separated into two parts: Homogeneity interaction that basedon similar members and Heterogeneous interaction which is the opposite.Motivation and social interaction Social interaction are the processes of socialcapital operation, which will certainly have an impact on the final outcome of socialcapital, including transfer of tacit knowledge. Based on this conjecture, the paper builta conceptual model of social capital elements of the knowledge-based team tacitknowledge transfer, and build structural equation model of social interactionmotivation. To support SEM, we have designed an questionnaire reflecting theinteractive motivation and conducted a survey, and finally proved the social motivationhypothesis presented in this paper. At the same time, we proved social interaction alsoaffects the spread of tacit knowledge through logical deduction, and concluded: Theexpression motivation has positive impact on absorption tendencies and sharetendencies; instrumental motivation had no significant effect on the absorptiontendencies, but have a negative impact on the share tendencies.The Conclusion part explains the leverage factor impacting tacit knowledgetransfer is the similarity between members of the enterprise, that is to say, the socialinteraction between members. In order to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledgetransfer, organizations should pay attention to the design team of flatten, reduce powerand status of team "leadership”, to ensure similarity between members of the team.
