Research On New Industrialization Development In Architecture Under The Background Of Urbanization

Under the ground of the rapid development of urbanization in China, urban population increased rapidly, and cities have been expanding quikly. For now, however, small and medium city development in China have been delayed, which resulting in lack of leading industry, generally small in scale, imperfect functionality in small towns, and its development still needs guidance and support. The rapid development of urbanization and the rapid increase in population coup fed with imperfect in the course of urbanization development, poses new challenges on energy, resource and so on.Through analysis on present situation of architectural industrialization development this paper notes that traditional development gaps still exists in the architectural industry, such as insufficient staff, low level of professional level overall. There still exists distance between China and developed countries on the productive capacity, such as heavy water, land utilization, high energy consumption and serious environmental pollutioa Through the use of new methods in architectural industrialization, these problems are solved. The paper analyzed the architectural industrializatbn devebpment and basic feature in developed countries (Japan, and Singapore and the United States) and summarized its experiences and lessons. According to this, this paper has made two suggestions.First, this paper proposed that green building should be the core of new architectural industrial Judging from the current process of China’s industrialization*master plans of development should be based on urban and rural development planning and strategy of urbanization, which constitute the building pattern of industrialization. At the same time, the acceleration of architectural industrialization development should depend on the path of techaotogy. According to the features of project, we should strengthen the management of personnel adopt advanced management mode and train building industrial estate.Secondly, there proposed new building po licy recommendations to push the development of industrialization. On organization policy, we can established joint or expert advisory committee, to provide organizational support for new architectural industrial development. Government can introduce incentive policy for the enterprises those used new building industrialization actively. On technology, we can provide strongly support for technicians, develop standard of building industrialized, increase technology research intensity. On the other hand, new building industrialized technology should be encouraged in the process of urbanization, and the macro policy and management policy should be adjusted actively to promote development of architectural industrialization.
