A Research On The Development Of New-type Rural Finance And Countermeasure

China’s government and CPC (Communist Party of China) has been concentrating onthe issue of rural areas, agriculture and farmers in China. In order to completely solve thebackwards of rural areas, the government has embarked on economic work and better thefinancial system in rural areas of China. According to the document No.1by CentralCommittee of CPC, Chinese government has required that the existing rural financialinstitutions in China should possess the function in an adequate funding supply for thedevelopment of rural economy with their excellent service. To satisfy this, suchnewly-types of rural financial organizations have been gradually formed and improved,which has enriched its service and enlarged objects in rural areas, so as to provide muchmore possibilities for the purpose of the growth of village enterprises. Nowadays, newrural areas in China, however, is under construction, not perfect, there are a lot ofchallenges for the financial organizations in the countryside in China as it is growing.Therefore the writer, from the action of the China’s government perspective, has collectedrelevant statistics and analyzes the current problems under the new situation and newrequirement, by making a further investigation on present situation of financialorganizations in Chinese rural areas in the new period, taking the Rural FinancialCooperatives, rural banks and small loan company as the research object. Meanwhile, thewriter has borrowed the successful experiences concerned from some foreign countries ofthe world, and come up with the following five thoughts in this respect, includingenhancement of social cognition of the rural finance, improvement of current personnelsystem in financial organization, expansion of rural funding channels for the financialinstitution, betterment of financial tool and increase of policy support.
