Research On Project Practice Investigation And Management Of Land Circulation

From the collective cultivation of the rural people’s communes to the household contract responsibility system, home to the land transfer system from the rural land contract system, China’s rural land reform step by step, and made significant progress. In the process of industrialization and urbanization is accelerating now, the traditional cropping pattern based on dispersed, small-scale, low efficiency, is no longer adapted to the requirements of the development of today’s productivity; land transfer is a new way of land management in recent years, is household contract, the two-tier management system that integrates unified with separate practice and innovation. It is designed to change the mode of decentralized management, promotion of agricultural production and large-scale, regional development and increase farmers’ income and improve the output efficiency of the land. China is a country with majority of the peopel living in the country,which is the most important national conditions.The land is the basis for the development of the country and the survival of the peasant.Recently,the process of land transfer is accelerating,which make the resulting problems obvious,so the problem of the land transfer became the concern of our country and the scholars.The paper take the land transfer survey of Zhucheng Bai Chehe as as a starting point,by ways of questionnaires and visits to farmers to understand the current situation in Bai Chehe. At last we will make recommendations for the problems.
