As an extension of online banking, Mobile banking is a new category of mobile financial services under e-banking. It has changed the traditional way of financial services that people is using, and it can be in response to the wave of mobile Internet development, so that banks can more efficiently provide customers with a wide range of financial services that customers unprecedentedly experienced. Whether from the abroad more comprehensive mobile banking or the domestic rapid development mobile banking market, it is clear to the mobile financial services and mobile banking has good future prospects.China Construction Bank is one of the banks as the earliest launching mobile banking. How to occupy a place in the country highly mobile banking market, how to face and solve the various problems currently faced by the mobile banking, how to deal with the future in the new historical period opportunities and challenges, and how to soundly and rapidly develop the mobile banking, CCB must solve the above problems. So this paper firstly defines the related concepts of the mobile banking, and describes the current industry chain business model and technical implementation of the mobile banking. Secondly, it carried out a more comprehensive and systemic inspections to the mobile banking of CCB, pointed out the major problem that CCB facing and analyzed the main reasons for these problems. Thirdly, this paper outlined the practice and relevant experience of foreign mobile banking in the development. Through comparatively studying, we can draw the inspiration of the development of mobile banking of CCB. Finally, I provided the strategies ideas of CCB development of mobile banking. Namely on the basis of a clear overall objective of mobile banking business development, through product development strategy, marketing innovation strategy, security policy and other specific initiatives, we can expand market share,expand user groups, reduce operating costs and secure stable operation. So CCB’s mobile banking will always receive a sound and rapid development.
