The new generation employees being a distinct personality of the group has become a part of the job market, but disputes about the new generation employees emerges in an endless stream. The new generation employees because of the particular growth environment have the distinctive characteristics of the times. They expect the high salary, require the attraction of the work itself highly, have the strong spirit incentive will and so on. A lot of enterprises have on ideas on the management of new generation employees. Some enterprises adopted the paramilitary management, but the effect is not ideal or even negative effects are more than positive effects. Especially the Foxconn jump off building events make people basically denied the application of military management in the enterprise.Despite the paramilitary management is outdated, there are also factors worthy learning. Especially for the new generation employees, the paramilitary management can train the hard-working spirit, exercise strong physique body, improve the team cooperation ability and comprehensive quality, Many enterprises find many problems in application of paramilitary management because they don’t comprehend the essence of paramilitary management. In the practice of business management we need the dialectical analysis of application value of quasi military management in the new generation employees. we cannot apply mechanically the management of the army, and must be flexible in use of quasi military management of the new generation employees. In the specific implementation process we must define the military management scientifically, position management objectives reasonably and implement quasi military system humanly, so as to achieve better results.
