Employee turnover is an important issue that the hotel industry has been paying attention to.With the new generation of employees entering the workplace,the frequent turnover and resignation of the new generation of employees has become a very common phenomenon in various hotels.Appropriate employee turnover rate is beneficial to the development and maintenance of the company.Frequent departures bring a series of problems to the company,such as declining service quality,unstable staff,increased training costs,declining customer satisfaction and lower external image.Ultimately affect the hotel's operating efficiency,so to build a loyal,high-quality staff team is the core of the hotel industry development.Based on the analysis and exploration of the external environment and content environment of the new generation of employees after the "90s",this research is based on the current situation of human resources of Y Hotel and explores the root causes of the high turnover of new generation employees.The research shows that the main reasons for the departure of the new generation of Y hotel staff are:unreasonable salary setting,inadequate enterprise management,poor promotion mechanism,inadequate employee training and career development,and non-innovation of corporate culture.In response to the existing reasons,the hotel has adopted a series of measures,including the establishment of a fair and reasonable salary system,the establishment of a people-oriented management philosophy,the smooth promotion of employee growth channels,the establishment of a sound and effective communication mechanism,and the strengthening of corporate culture and other aspects.Stabilize the hotel's human resources to achieve sustainable hotel development.
