Supermarket Food Safety Regulation Research In Longyan City

In recent years, the supermarket has become the main channel for food purchasing behavior of urban consumers, but the frequent problems from large-and medium-sized supermarket have sounded the alarm among food safety inspection authorities. With the entry of large supermarket chains, there is a boom for new supermarket development in LongYan as a prefecture-level city. These chains not only promote local economic development but also offer a large variety of food options in daily life. The research on how to improve food safety regulation efficiency towards the local supermarket becomes very urgent.This thesis lucubrates the theme of food safety regulation and measures on the basis of a great deal of literature, on-the-spot investigation and interviews among the supervision department staff by starting from the current situation of supermarket food safety supervision in Longyan city.Thisarticle first introduces the research goal and significance of supermarket food safety regulation, sums up the related research results and explains method to study and technology roadmap. Then four concepts of "food safety","food safety supervision", food safety supervision system at home and abroad and policies and regulations of food safety supervision will be summarized. Meanwhile, viewing from current situation of supermarket food security and regulation in Longyan, we discover existing problems in supermarket food safety regulation area and put forward countermeasures accordingly through analyzing current food safety surveillance system, supmarket functional assignments in Longyan and relative law and regulation which are significant to improve local and non-local supermarket food safety surveillance.
