Safety Supervision Of Sanming City Common Effect Of Food Safety

"Food is the first necessity of the people ",food safety is related to the national thriving and prosperous and social progress of civilization,is directly related to the personal and property safety of people.To enter in twenty-first Century,especially in recent years,along with the "poison milk powder","drainage oil" and other food exposure incident,the society and the public for food safety concern degree increasing,the food safety requirements more and more high.How to ensure the food safety becomes a difficult task for governments of all countries must face and solve.Therefore,study and improve the government supervision of food safety functions,analytic problems and puts forward the measures for a long period of stability,building a harmonious society,has important significance in improving the government management level.This paper takes Sanming City as an example,based on the theory of public management,to the attention of consumers,konjac,Yuba drinking water,cakes,milk products,smoked products and other common foods as an example,analysis,comprehensive use of case information access,field visits,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,normative analysis and other methods,to explore the current situation of Sanming City government departments difficulties,on food production safety supervision,and puts forward some effective measures to solve the problem.Survey results were standing at the point of supervision and food production enterprises to collect,analyze the status of government supervision,explore effective ways of improving the way of supervision.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter discusses the concept of food safety,systematically expounds the importance of government supervision of food safety.The second chapter is the common food law violation cases of Sanming City statistical analysis.Sampling survey for design of common food production enterprises of the third chapter of the purpose and plan,on common food production enterprises in the existing problems and the causes of the government and enterprises demand investigation and analysis,and on this basis,the corporate social responsibility for evaluation;combining the sampling results and other relevant statistics data,the status of safety supervision of food production of Sanming City.The fourth chapter uses the basic survey of business conditions,to the enterprise quality management level of the results of the analysis,from different angles,such as government,enterprise market analysis of the various factors affecting food production safety supervision.The fifth chapter based on search Sanming City food production safety supervision system defects and causes,learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad,puts forward detailed suggestions and specific measures and policy recommendations.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper and the food safety supervision to promote the healthy development of the food industry prospects.
