Users experience and enjoy the services and products through offline ways. O2O make almost all of the reality of products and services through a network can communicate with customers in real time. The combination of rich products and services resources offline and powerful force online significantly save the purchase cost of the users. O2O will become the mainstream of the future business model. It’s necessary to know the reasons that influence the user acceptance of their O2O services or products, and then they could stimulate users’buying action.After studying020e-commerce model for a long time to realize the basic characteristics and problems of O2O, this paper attempts to extract the key factors O2O user acceptance of e-business models and explore the relationship between the factors, basing on the studying of users’ acceptance of previous theory. Then we build a model of user acceptance of020commerce model. In the empirical study session, after designing questionnaires, we obtained data on the variables of these factors. With the analysis of professional data-using analysis software, the model of O2O e-commerce model users’acceptance is verified. The results of this paper, mainly based on the contents of the data analysis zombies before, is to make recommendations on the development of020e-commerce model, and sum some problems and solutions that should be noted in the development. |
