The Research Of Samsung Electronics’Historical Evolution And Enlightenment In Total Innovation Management

In recent years, as the growing speed of information and communication technology industry becomes faster, and3G mobile communication technology commercialization has greatly improved the speed of mobile communication, the Apple Corp’s iPhone greatly promote the need to mobile Internet industry’s rich application. In order to let more user can get the convenience which bring from mobile Internet, Google together with a lot mobile phone manufacturers, developed Android smart phone operating system, with the launch of Android, the mobile phone manufactures greatly reduce the difficulty of smart phone’s design. As great opportunities in smart phone area, more and more companies have joined in this area. But for that how to catch this great opportunity, Chinese companies are still exploring.Using total innovation management method, this paper tries to do a comprehensive analysis for electronic industry giants-Samsung Electronics, and summarizes its successful experience that surrounding from Europe’s and Japan’s electronic enterprises, after doing research for Chinese mobile phone manufactures’innovation situation, points out the existing problems of these companies in innovation area, provide some suggestions for the development and growth of these companies based on Samsung’s successful experience.
